使用竖直管代替波动管模型开展稳压器波动管竖直管段内空气-水两相逆流限制(CCFL)特性可视化实验研究。实验现象表明:竖直管与上容器接口处的局部CCFL决定了进入竖直管内的液相流量;竖直管内的局部CCFL决定了从竖直管流出的液相流量;两处局部CCFL均随空气流量的增大而增强。在较低气量情况,进入竖直管内的液相能够完全或大部分流出,竖直管内的局部CCFL较弱,上容器和竖直管接口处的局部CCFL在整体CCFL中占主导地位,整体CCFL程度随着上容器液位升高而略有增强。在高气量情况,从上容器进入竖直管的液相大部分或者完全被限制而不能向下流出,竖直管内的局部CCFL强烈,在整体CCFL中占主导地位,整体CCFL特性不受上容器液位变化的影响。通过实验数据拟合得到了新的稳压器竖直管CCFL模型。稳压器波动管CCFL数据和稳压器竖直管CCFL数据基本重合,表明波动管CCFL主要由CCFL-U决定。   相似文献

End of life (EOL) phase of a product is receiving more attention due to increase in environmental concerns, and many studies have been conducted for value creation in EOL, focusing on concepts as remanufacturing, reuse and recycling in sustainable production manner. This study especially focuses on one of global problem, e-waste. To minimise the amount of wastes and maximise recovered materials from EOL, disassembly is one of the most important concept, associated with reuse, and balancing disassembly line in an optimal way is essential for organisations. In disassembly line balancing (DLB), not only precedence of tasks, but also risk criteria related to environment and human safety should be considered for sustainability. The aim of this study is to propose a model based on triple bottom line (TBL) dimensions, i.e. human safety, environmental safety and business criteria. To achieve sustainability in DLB, and for risk assessment in sustainable DLB, it had been decided to use a multi-criteria method, i.e. TODIM, acronym in Portuguese of ‘Tomada de Decisão Iterativa Multicritério’. The proposed model included 22 disassembly criteria categorised under TBL dimensions, which are derived from the literature. Implementation of the study was conducted for computer disassembly processes, and as a result of the study approximately 12% an improvement in cycle time was succeeded. In the long run, the integration of sustainability in disassembly operations may contribute to the competitive advantage of the company in terms of differentiation and corporate image by achieving business, environment and human targets simultaneously.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Neutron flux per pulse reached world record at neutron source in Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC). In the J-PARC, mercury target system is used as a spallation neutron source. A target vessel has a multi-walled protection system that comprises a mercury vessel enclosed with a double-walled water shroud. This is to prevent the leakage of the mercury outside the target vessel. The multi-walled structure needed to be complicated with a lot of welding lines. However, during the operation, we faced an unscheduled shutdown due to water leakage to the intermediate layer between the mercury vessel and water shroud. An investigation on the cause of the leakage was carried out. It is deduced that the leakage path was formed due to the crack propagation from welding defects that are caused by the complicated multi-walled structure. The crack propagation is attributed to the repeated stress by pressure waves generated in the mercury target. Based on the investigation results, the design was improved to remove the welding line on the complicated structure and to realize the stable operation with 1 MW proton beam, which is the final design value of the neutron source in J-PARC.  相似文献

针对多线结构光系统的快速标定,提出了一种基于普吕克直线的标定方法。传统的线结构光标定方法大多以单点的形式进行提取和坐标系转换,从而获得平面方程。然而单点数量较多会导致操作复杂,不适用于多线结构光的标定。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种新的标定方法,该方法在标定过程中全部采用普吕克矩阵的形式,而不是直接使用点特征。该方法有利于在摄像机坐标系下快速准确地获得光平面方程。同时设计了一种与该方法相对应的用于标定多线结构光的平面标定靶标。为了将一般直线转换为普吕克直线,将图像平面维度延展,定义了一个新的图像空间。为了对普吕克直线的坐标系进行转换,重新表达了基于普吕克直线的透视投影模型。基于普吕克空间中直线与平面的性质,对多条结构光线的普吕克矩阵进行合并即可高效地构造出线性的矩阵方程,从而进一步拟合出结构光平面方程。实验验证了所提方法并证明了校准精度的显著提高,当测试距离为1.8 m时,测量得到的三维点的RMS误差在0.08 mm之内。  相似文献

在45钢表面电刷镀得到三价铬镀层,镀液组成和工艺条件为:Cr2(SO4)36H2O 0.4 mol/L,甲酸铵0.5 mol/L,氨基乙酸0.5 mol/L,H3BO30.6 mol/L,NaH2PO2 H2O 0.3 mol/L,pH=1.5,温度50°C,镀笔移动速率15 cm/s。研究了电压对镀铬层显微结构、表面粗糙度、厚度、显微硬度和耐磨性的影响。随电压增大,镀层厚度增大,显微硬度和耐磨性均先提高后降低。电压为14 V时,镀层的表面平整,粗糙度为2.387μm,显微硬度为602 HV,耐磨性最好。  相似文献

A directional control method (DCM) for power flows on a set of interface lines between two regions of power system considering static voltage stability margin is developed in this paper. A surface approximation approach is firstly used to obtain the relationship between the interface flow solution and the generation direction of generator (the portion of generation variation in each participating generator to satisfy the desired power increase on the interface and the system loss). Then, an optimization model is built to determine the optimum dispatching scheme of generators. This method not only can control the total power on the interface to satisfy the power demand but also can realize the directional control of power on each interface line based on the needs of operation. The proposed DCM is further extended to determine the optimum dispatching scheme of generators for maximizing the interface flow margin (IFM), which is the active power margin of the key transmission lines between two regions of power system constrained by static voltage stability. A modified continuation power flow (MCPF) is used to show and evaluate the impacts of the DCM on the IFM. The New England 39-bus system and the IEEE 300-bus system have been employed to verify the effectiveness of the DCM.  相似文献

A method for estimating the sway angle using an observer has already been proposed. The state observer estimates the sway angle accurately and must use the detected sway angle value. However, the estimated sway angle has an error owing to rope length error, friction force, and wind. Moreover, the container mass cannot be determined, and therefore the observer parameter is not suitable. We already proposed robust antisway control for overcoming rope length error without adding a new sensor. Further, we designed a friction disturbance observer to cancel out the influence of the friction force. In this paper, we first propose a container mass estimation method when a crane system performs rolling up control. The observer parameter can be selected using the estimated mass value. Second, in crane parallel shift control, we propose a robust antisway control even when there is a wind disturbance. We design a wind disturbance observer and propose a wind disturbance estimator to separate the friction observer output from the wind disturbance observer output. We confirm through experiments that the proposed method can reduce vibration.  相似文献

This paper deals with adaptive nonlinear identification and trajectory tracking problem via dynamic multilayer neural network with different time scales. By means of a Lyapunov‐like analysis, we determine stability conditions for the on‐line identification. Then, a sliding mode controller is designed for trajectory tracking with consideration of the modeling error and disturbance. The main contributions of the paper lie in the following aspects. First, we extend our prior identification results of single‐layer dynamic neural networks with multi‐time scales to those of multilayer case. Second, the e‐modification in standard use in adaptive control is introduced in the on‐line update laws to guarantee bounded weights and bounded identification errors. Third, the potential singularity problem in controller design is solved by using new update laws for the NN weights so that the control signal is guaranteed bounded. The stability of proposed controller is proved by using Lyapunov function. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
